Spring Car Meet

Yup Spring Car Meet at the track this weekend and I spent a good 5 hours wandering around and did not see everything. I spent a good deal of time looking at the junk at the Swap Meet, lots of one mans treasure is another mans junk, no apparent deals and not much for me. That being said I did purchase one Snap On socket that my friend CT had to use when we changed the exhaust pipe on the motorcycle, who know I may need it again sometime and it is kind of neat.
In the Show Car Area some cars were shown as For Sale and I know most all of the cars were up for sale. This year however the Florida MOT were out and closed down all multiple car sellers unless they had a Florida Used Car Sale license, lots of pissed off sellers. I also understand that a lot of dealers were asked to leave and some had cars towed, Nice way to run a meet.
The Belair Plaza area is usually a hustle and bustle place for the vintage cars, this year it was all but dead, hardly a sole there.
Looks like this years meet will be a bit of a disappointment for turn out and attendance.
All that being said I enjoyed the meet.
