Big Winds

I headed to the golf course to meet the boys but the weather was suspect and the boys cancelled.
I teamed up with one other foolish person who was out and we played 7 holes in relative good weather (it was warm). On the 8th hole the winds started to pick up and the rain moved in, we finished the 9 and left for the comfort of our cars. The winds continued to pick up gusting to 100kph through the afternoon. It was garbage day and there were garbage containers all over the place. As the afternoon continued power was out around the city, stop lights were falling over and trees falling down. WOW 100kph (60mph) I can't imagine being around a hurricane, it was kind of wild.
Of course this morning I am up just in time to see the Royal Wedding, it is done but they are still in the church, all very nice!
