It was a busy kind of day all based around the bike.
It was a cool morning so I was not in a hurry to hit the road and waitted until mid morning.
In preparation for the return home decided to pick up a spare oil filter for the the bike, they are about 1/2 price of back home, done. It was approaching noon so I decided to head to Matanzez Inlet for lunch about a 40 mile ride. I met up with friends and we enjoyed the ride and lunch on the deck at the Inlet, a very nice spot.
Just after 5 I jumped on the bike again, this time to head for a local Biker Bar (The White Eagle) for a Friday evening with friends and the $9.99 Prime Rib dinner, what a great deal.
We sat out back with nature, it was a wonderful warm evening, the food was great the company was entertaining as were the folks around us. People watching is a big thing around here, it shows all kinds and there are some real characters.
At the start of the winter I would never had gone to these places but I now feel real comfortable around them and believe me they are entertaining.
It was a good day.
Today's picture is something you would find once you leave the city a bit, it is a common reminder to mind your own business and I know a lot of you know what I mean.
