The weather over the weekend was outstanding.
As a result it was a busy kind of a weekend.
Saturday morning I did some work on the Harley in the laneway and followed this up with a ride around Ottawa.
Feeling it was a nice day I took the windshield off of the bike thinking it would be nice to feel the wind in my face. Well it was nice at in town speeds but above 30 mph not so nice so i have learned my lesson, no windshield is for young fools.
Saturday saw a car/plane showing at the Aviation Museum in Ottawa. It was very well put on and very well attended, lots on display and lots of people, nice!
Sunday I was up early and on the road towards Kemptville, Ontario for one more ride and a car show. Breakfast in Kemptville at the local greasy spoon after a real nice early morning ride which I really enjoyed, no traffic and the air smelled so good.
The Kemptville car show was well attended, about 250 old vintage cars right through to some brand new muscle cars. In todays pictures note the window mounted air conditioning system on the old Ford, something you don't see to much.
Yes in between my running around I did get some chores done around the house, it was a good weekend.
