The weather continues to be outstanding so some golf was played and some work completed around the house.
I decided this was the week to enlarge my garden shed to accommodate more junk, don't know where it comes from. The job was rather satisfying in the end and is mostly done short of a one more coat of stain and a bit of touch up work.
Yesterday friend Teresa and I headed out to Navan Fair, it was an enjoyable afternoon.
We arrived just as the Fair parade was ending, wow lots of people. As it turns out the people were mostly there for the parade and not entering the fair grounds.
The drawing card of the fair has to be the Horse show. We enjoyed the heavy Horses, Clydesdale and Belgium's.  Our viewing was limited to the show ring, they would not let us into the barn area which is where I wanted to be, we tried but were asked to leave, oh well!
There was also a midway, lots of junk food, tractor pull, static displays a real neat old operating steam engine.
The place was a visual delight.
It was a great afternoon.
