Biketoberfest

Saturday, big time busy, not sure I have ever seen this many people and bikes, it is hard to move around the area and some spots you just can't get to.
Friday:
The weather is outstanding and it looks like it should continue to be this way.
I started my day at the race track and it was real busy form a crowd point of view. Not as many vendors as for Bike week but a fair representation. A lot of the usual's, J&P Cycle, Kuryakyn, the Tobacco Companies, lots of tee shirts, the Insurance companies, the Dyno guys, Mustang Seats, Hooters (Bikini contest today at 2).
It was hot there so I bailed out and headed towards Destination, once again real busy with folks/bikes and real hot. You could not get in the doors of J&P or Rossmeyer's Harley Davidson for the people (these were cool air conditioned places and it was hot outside). Outside again not as many vendors buts still lots to see, oh ya the young scantily clad ladies were wandering around trying to sell shooters on the grounds, what I needed was COLD beer not a shooter.
Off down the backside of the loop to Beach Street, lots of bikes on the loop.
Beach street was quiet, not a lot of folks but it was sort of late afternoon heading into evening by this time, lots of tee shirts for sale here.
The line of traffic to cross the road to Main street was long (love the smell of burning idling Harley's) so I passed and headed back up the loop ending up at the White Eagle for a beer or two.
Now the White eagle was packed, good band playing, outhouse pulling races in the back of course. I ended my day there and headed to the condo on the A1A, enjoyed dinner and a bunch of beers watching a continual parade of bikes riding by, in fact they were on the A1A all night and it is starting to pick up already today.
I planned group ride today, not sure where we will end up.
So far it is all good and the weather continues to be so much better than Bike Week.
Attached are few pics, did not shoot many, I guess maybe a little numb from the trip down.
