Nice Day in the Big Smoke

Yup, after the early morning smoke cleared from a local brush fire it was a nice day in the Daytona area.
It is dry around here and fires have been started up by who really knows what. No wind this morning so the overnight smoke settled in over the area, really acrid and smelly, the light mid morning winds moved the smoke along. We really have had no rain since December 12th 2011. There is a 40% chance of rain on Wednesday which really does not mean much around here.
I played golf in the morning and rode a bit in the afternoon stopping at friends Theresa's and Ct's place.
CT and I ventured off to pick up a new fireplace for his house, poof the day was all but gone.
We will install the fireplace in the morning.
