Gatorade Duel, Race 1 Start
What a great day at the Duel.
It was 86f, great seats, great company and a cooler full of my own Beer.
We were at the track early for easy access and to be entertained by some NASCAR test laps fallowed by some of the truck test laps.
The Gatorade Duel started right on time after the opening ceremonies, singing of the anthem, the fly over the driver introduction and drive by.
The first race was real close and a lot of fun to watch, Yes Tony Stewart won the race, you have to love this guy, he interviews and says he goes out and expects to win every race. Now that is positive attitude.
The second race was not as exciting but good.
We left on Lap 50 of 60 to beat the crowds, it worked we on the bus to the parking, in the car and on the road in no time.
It was a great day and I have now had my NASCAR fix for the year, all good fun!

yep. great racein... And a big hit with Danica on the last lap.. wow! glad she is ok... And she just took the POLE for the Nationwide race as well... Patti and I are off too friends to watch the BIG one on Sunday...
