Busy Weekend

Well it has been a busy weekend.
I have had a lot of business dealings taking place, kind of a stressful situation, more to come on that if my dealings actually take place. Doing business in Florida is completely different from back home.
Saturday morning was the local HOG Chapter meeting, always entertaining and always held to 1 hour only and followed by a ride. At the meeting I was awarded my Road Captain Status so I can now set up and lead rides. This is something I want to do to give some contribution to the chapter that I have enjoyed so much. Unfortunately I am just about timed out for this year so that will have to wait until next winter.
Sunday was prayer meeting after which a couple of us headed out to the Spring Garden Ranch in DeLeon. This is the largest training facility for Pacer and Trotter horses in north America. They have 500 Horse Stalls and have produced multiple Champions over the years. Unfortunately and we did not know, the horses do not run on Sunday. We had some lunch on the site and rode off. Great ride and we ended up back at the Iron Horse. A very so, so band was playing so we enjoyed an adult beverage. Great Day, Oh Ya, did I say how nice the weather is in Florida this winter; No I did not think so!!!
