What a Difference a day Makes.
Yesterday was in the mid 80's and could best be described as HOT!
This morning we are under the influence of the weather that has been hitting a good part of the central US, it rained hard here this morning. I think the rain is gone but it will remain overcast, very windy and in the low to mid 60's until Monday. Monday promises the return of the nice weather.
Yesterday was our HOG Chapters yearly primary ride. The Chapter did a picnic at a State Park; BBQ, Music, silly Games and all. Some 250 HOG Member's from as far away as 125 miles showed, the day was outstanding and could only be called a big success. As always we have a 50/50 draw. The lady who won the $250 was from a far away Chapter, she donated her winnings back to our Chapter Charity, Boggy Creek, a sick children's camp that we support. I would guess at the end of the day we collected around $2000 for our Charity. A lady who represents the charity spoke to the group, she is very passionate and was almost in tears when the 50/50 was turned back to the charity, how nice!
It was a great day, the weather was outstanding, how luck was that?
