Well Home In Ottawa

The new Construction site by the House!

Well I left Florida a week today and I have settled into my Ottawa life very well.
The weather has been very spring like for Ottawa, cool and a bit wet, that being said we have enjoyed a couple of nice sunny days.
Since arriving home it was hard not to notice a construction project underway about 1/2 block from the house. The first give away was the sight of a big crane, followed by the constant daytime pounding of a pile driver. Yes they are building an extension to the veterans home near to the house. I now know it will be a noisy dirty dusty summer in the neighborhood. 
The motorcycle remains on the trailer, no big rush to put it on the ground until the weather improves.
The golf course opened yesterday so I went for a walk. It was a cool morning that quickly warmed up into a nice day. I played with some fellows I had played with before but do not really know. It was a great outing and the course is in real great condition. More golf to come.
Today is overcast and cool, threatening rain, not sure what it am up to  today.
