Well big STORM in Ottawa late last evening, mostly wind but big and damaging.
A Blues Festival was under way and the stage blew over, fortuantely only 3 folks were injured, could have been a lot worse.
I am lucky at the house only branches to clean up and my power stayed on. Right across the street and west of that in my area the power went off and is still off this morning. It was a hot muggy night so I am sure lots of folks missed the AC.
I just came back from a very short walk around a 2 block circle and attached are a pictures of what I saw not having to go very far.
The weather is awful funny and fierce this season!
