Catch up Day

Last evenings sunset off of my rear deck, nice right?

Well I spent Monday away from the bike and did a couple of Florida things.
I re-joined the golf club, met up with a bunch of my golf buddies and played a game. The course is in good shape but let me tell you how different the grass is down here.
Later in the afternoon I walked the beach for the first time since my arrival, the ocean water is nice and warm.
I spent the rest of the late afternoon and evening with my feet up, it felt good.
Today Tuesday I was up early and off to the garage with the car, BIG grinding noises coming from the rear brakes. The rear brakes were replaced in April so I was a bit disappointed but not surprised. What did surprise me was they put the car on the hoist right on time pulled the rear wheels and pulled a big piece of rusted brake dust shield from between the brakes and the wheel, have a nice day no charge, in and out in 15 minutes. I guess my old Subaru now in its 12th year has the right to drop a part or two, maybe a message here, who knows.
Today Tuesday calls for heavy rain in the area, so far so good no rain, it should be a domestic day around here.
Oh yes it remains hot outside, I love it!
