Sunday, Outstanding weather day in the mid Florida area, mid to high 70's and a day for a ride.
About 20 HOG members from the Daytona Chapter saddled up for a ride to the Ocala HOG Chapter Christmas Toy ride for Children. After about an 80 mile ride to Ocala we arrived to a parking lot full of Bikers, probably in the order of 500 or so bikes. We enjoyed a very short police escorted ride around the outskirts of Ocala to downtown Ocala for a presentation ceremony.
Don and I did not stay, to many people for me so off for lunch on the ride home, just the two of us, very enjoyable.
In the alte afternoon I went to my old golf club to watch the end of a golf tournament where to PGA tour players were dueling it out for a win. JC Horne beat out Matt Every by one stroke, a good finish. Lots of folks out watching the finish, a great afternoon to enjoy a beer in the sun at the side of the 18th green.
