Kind of not so Great!

Well this morning is the first time in about a week that I feel half decent!
I hurt my back along with a bit of Flu I think has had me down and out for about the last week.
As a result I missed the roar Before The Rolex practice sessions held over the weekend, I really wanted to head out to see this but it was not to be, next year!
Starting Thursday will be the Daytona 500 Test Weekend, no real access to this other than the spectator stands,  I am hoping to make a visit to have a look.
Felt good enough this morning to do a required engine oil change on the bike. The oil change went without any problems, not my first time either. I rather enjoy working on my own things.
Hoping to head out for a ride of some sort today but only after a grocery run, the cupboards are getting empty.
The weather for the week calls for high 70's into the 80's maybe, not bad for this time of the year.
